The game is a splat-fest for the ZX Spectrum where you play the part of the Baby-Man "Walter 'pee pee' Kay" an undercover agent who has been sent back through time and temporarily turned into a baby to thwart a troublesonme tyrant way back when he was a toddler by squirting him and his bully baby friends with Professor Plumbob's patented 'Mood Mash'.
